Dr Mabveni is an Entomologist with more than 37 years working experience in Applied Entomology. She graduated with a DPhil degree from the University of Zimbabwe in 2001, Master of Science degree in Entomology and Nematology from the University of California, Davis, USA, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany and Zoology from the University of Zimbabwe. She is currently employed at ZSAES as the Executive Director. The purpose of her role is to provide strategic leadership to ZSAES to facilitate research, evaluation, transfer of technology and provision of specialized services in a sustainable manner.
